At Garmentory, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a simplified return process for items that don't quite fit your style. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Garmentory account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' for the specific item you wish to send back.
Boutique Approval
Once your request is submitted, the independent boutique that fulfilled your order will review and approve the return within 24-48 hours.
Ship Your Item
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely package your item, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included.
Receive Your Refund
After the boutique receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
